About Us: Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) is responsible for product strategy, fundraising, relationship management, and the investor experience for all of Vista’s Private Equity and Private Credit solutions across our Private Wealth Platform. PWS seeks to harness the transformative power of technology to provide financial advisors and individual investors with access to exceptional returns, unique market insights, and a seamless client experience. 

The Business Operations Team, which is part of PWS, leads strategic planning, designing and implementing systems and processes (CRM, reporting), financial planning and analysis, investor relations and business analytics. 

As an early and integral member of PWS, this role will be pivotal in supporting the creation of the building blocks for the business and cultivating and expanding Vista’s relationships with leading Private Wealth Institutions. 

 

Role Overview: This role will support initiatives that are critical to the Private Wealth Team's strategic sales efforts. Working with the PWS Business Operations team, Coverage teams, and other Vista Departments, this role will involve leveraging internal and third-party data to draw actionable insights, in addition to supporting functions around data governance, sales operations, and reporting. 

 

This role is based in New York and is for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: 
  • CRM Management: Establishing parent/child hierarchies, Org to Org relationships, channel segmentation, sales campaign list management. 
  • Data Enrichment: Match lists of advisors/contacts from third-party sources with our current SFDC database, create and enrich records. 
  • Data Providers: Help manage and integrate current and potential data providers into the PWS CRM Platform. 
  • Data Governance: Proactively identify data gaps and help eliminate data discrepancies across sales systems. 
  • Data Automation: Identify areas to improve data automation and partner with colleagues to implement solutions. 
  • Sales Support: 
  • Sales Campaigns: Liaison with PWS Channels to support their Sales Campaign GTM Execution and processes. 
  • Sales Reporting: Help gather requirements, build and maintain dashboards, align PWS reporting with broader Vista technology infrastructure. 
  • ROI Analysis: Perform ROI analysis and measurement on effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives/events. 
  • PWS Marketing: Support PWS Marketing with Data and Analytics and help with integrations into the broader PWS CRM Platform. 
  • International Coverage: Help source, integrate and maintain the PWS International Coverage Teams data, analytics and SOPs. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand needs and develop professional working relationships within the PWS and other Vista departments. 
  • Communication: Communicate data analysis and updates for technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Process Improvement: 
  • Process Improvement: Help document, maintain and improve PWS standard operating procedures and best practices 
  • Technology Collaboration: 
  • Gen AI: Support the PWS CRM Platforms incorporation of Gen AI. 
  • Technology Collaboration: Partner closely with the technology team to assist with writing use cases and user acceptance testing. 
  • Data Infrastructure: Assist with ongoing data infrastructure build and handle data requests to increase sales team effectiveness. 
  • Investor Services: 
  • Serve as the liaison between Vista, private wealth platforms, and service provides to manage operational connectivity, investor onboarding and redemptions, and the overall client service experience. 
  • Investor Services: Help document and build Investors Services workflows and reporting (e.g., SFDC Cases/Tasks, Salesforce Inbox). 
  • Special Projects: 
  • Ad Hoc Presentations and Special Projects: Create and participate in ad hoc presentations and special projects for PWS leadership. 
  • Work Collaboratively: Work collaboratively with technology, marketing, finance/operations, legal and compliance to design and implement state-of-the-art systems and processes, including CRM, business analytics, digital marketing, client experience, and compliance oversight systems. 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred. 
  • Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in consulting, data analytics, business analysis, or similar role. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; strong background with large data sets and the data analysis process. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems, excellent computer skills (advanced Excel, querying data, working with databases, Visio or equivalents, and automation) with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new programs. 
  • CRM/Reporting Experience: Experience with CRM (especially Salesforce), programming languages, and/or data visualization tools (especially Power BI and Sigma) a strong plus. 
  • Presentations: Strong capabilities creating presentations  
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Detail Orientation: Detail-oriented while maintaining a big picture focus. 
  • Interest in Sales: Demonstrated interest in helping sales teams make process-driven, data-informed decisions. 
  • Proactivity: Proactive in nature, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills; adept in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. 
  • Teamwork: Work equally well in a team environment and independently. 

 

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000-120,000.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
